Vanessa Beatriz Millsaps Bio

Hi, I’m Vanessa Millsaps. For the last three years I have been working in digital media and working to improve online media landscapes for growing companies connected to sports and athletics. I have grown up involved in sports and I loved applying my creativity and leadership skills to a bigger platform, especially when it involves group collaboration and synthesizing ideas to reach a large audience. ​

I am most passionate to work within social media and marketing for all athletes. My strengths involve content creation, group collaboration, media strategy, research skills, writing and editing, and media resources. Based on my experiences, I have worked in areas connected to and within college athletics as a digital marketing intern and employee. Within these positions, not only did I market schools and athletics, but I learned about platform engagement for intended audiences, and how to best research and produce a growing network.
