Photography, for me, is a way to capture life’s authentic moments and tell stories without words. When I was 17, I suffered my first ACL tear as a soon-to-be NCAA Division 1 soccer player. From a club player, to a collegiate athlete, to a professional athlete, I had 5 surgeries and many other injuries. My time away from the field allowed me to improve upon other passions outside of the soccer field; photography and story telling being some of them. In addition to my own personal exposures to sport, NIL gave me an outlet and a way of capturing a combination of sport and passions outside of it for many other athletes.

Something about capturing and exposing the intense emotions and ups and down in the sport, allows me to feel every possible emotion and the beauty in all of it. Photography allows me to explore creativity, preserve experiences, and connect with the world of sports on a deeper level, all while celebrating the details that often go unnoticed. It’s both an outlet and a lens through which I see and appreciate life.
